Get Your Acme People Search Engine Indexed
Houston, we have a problem!
A lot of Acme People Search affiliates are making a full time income from their people search engines, but are we actually maximizing our profit potential?
Today I did some searching online and I found a statistic that had me puzzled…
- For the keyword, “people search“ Google has over 400 million organic search results listed. I went through the first 20 pages of those results and found that there are no Acme People Search sites listed and no sites that end in a .ws extension.
- For the keyword, “people searches” Google has over 480 million organic search results listed. I went through the first 20 pages of those results and found that there are no Acme People Search sites listed and no sites with a .ws extension.
Coincidence?… I Think not!
Below are the meta keyword tags for all Acme People Search engines. (Assuming that you have not altered the code.)

The first problem is that our keywords are already picked out for us. They are..
- free people search (We definitely want to have this as a keyword)
- find people (Also a must have)
- white pages (This is one I could personally do without)
- people finder (Excellent choice, and a must have)
- free public records (Great choice, but variations are in order.
- background checks (Again, a great choice, but variations are in order.
META KEYWORD TAGS: A list of the most important words on your page.
Now that you know what your keywords are, do you think you you could improve upon them by adding more and removing others? If you have problems coming up with meta keywords, try to imagine that you are surfing the Internet… What word, or words would you type into your browser to get to your site. (Later on we will discuss, keyword variations and longtail keywords.)
The second problem is our meta description tags. Below is the actual meta description tags used for all Acme People Search engines. (Assuming that you have not altered the code.)
Free people searches. Complete addresses and telephone numbers revealed for free. Search results include current addresses, telephone numbers, ages, relatives and background checks.
META DESCRIPTION TAGS: A brief and to the point summary of your page’s content. The description following your site’s title in search engine results.

Each site above is powered by Acme People Search and all have the exact same meta description tags. Google frowns upon duplicate content and penalties can be severe. So, how many websites, powered by Acme People Search do you think are out there? 1000’s?… 10’s of thousands?…
No need to panic… There are things you can do to get your Acme People Search site out of the penalty box, and on to the major search engine’s organic results.
Don’t believe me? Take a look at some of the keywords my Acme People Search site (Peoplesearches4free.com) shows up for in the organic search. Take note that, 8 days ago my Acme People Search engine was nowhere to be found on any of the three major search engines. (Results as of 4-21-09)
